Paul Davidson, Director
Following a broad-ranging international business career, Paul developed a passion to engage with a Christian organization at a senior level to add value based on Christian principles, compassion and business experience. For the last 5 years he has faithfully served The Yonge Street Mission in an executive capacity.
Paul and his wife Sue currently attend Chartwell Baptist Church where they became good friends with Bob and Leslie Bernardo. Sharing Bob’s love for Christian leadership (and fishing!), Paul spent many enjoyable hours together with Bob over several years. Paul became a director of The Charis Foundation in 2014.
Rhondi Fowler, Director
Rhondi began full-time youth ministry through 'Project 52', a partnership with Muskoka Woods and Chartwell Baptist Church. From there, she went on to serve at Chartwell as a high school youth pastor. It was during her nine years on staff at Chartwell that Rhondi got to know Bob and Leslie Bernardo who were big supporters and cheerleaders for her as she led several short-term mission initiatives. Rhondi currently works for Impact Romania, a program of International Teams Canada. This role highlights her heart for compassionate service and her desire to invest in young people. She completed the Arrow Leadership program in 2007 and graduated from Laurier with a Masters in Social Work in 2012. Rhondi joined the Charis board in 2014.
Brad Klinck, Director
Brad started out his career as an engineer, until God revealed that He had a different idea, and called him into church planting. For 13 years, Brad either served as a church planter himself, or in various roles in support of church planting. Currently, Brad serves as an Associate Pastor of Connections at Compass Point Bible Church in Burlington. Like Rhondi, he is an alumni of the Arrow Leadership program. Brad is passionate about his family, wilderness canoe tripping, introducing people to Jesus Christ, and helping others move into areas of Kingdon service. He is honoured to be part of the Foundation and its efforts to extend the Bernardo's legacy of Kingdom impact. Brad joined the Charis board in 2014.
